This helmet features a shell made of injected thermoplastic resin, along with 2 shell sizes for optimal morphological adjustment and a micro lock buckle system for added safety. The multi-density EPS provides additional impact protection for riders.

The visor of the EVO ES boasts the VZ 150 model, an anti-scratch and anti-fog visor with a patented “Auto-up / Auto-down” system that automatically lifts the visor upon raising or lowering the chin guard. The UV380-labeled visor is treated to resist scratches, and the quick visor release system allows for easy removal and replacement.

Inside the helmet, riders will find a comfortable “BIRD EYES” lining fabric in black, as well as the "EasyFit" system for optimal comfort for glasses wearers. The removable interior is suitable for machine washing and includes a magnetic and retractable soundproof breath guard. The “King size” is available in certain specific colors, and there is a slot reserved for the Sharktooth® intercom.

Aerodynamics and ventilation are also key features of the EVO ES, with 3 air inlets and 2 air extractors for optimal airflow. The helmet's aerodynamics have been optimized through Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) design studies.
