Delivery

If your UK order is over £75.00 it will be delivered for FREE by DPD or Royal Mail. Orders below £75.00 will be charged at £4.99

Depending on the product and location as some items come from our suppliers, orders can take around 3 to 7 working days for delivery. International orders would be sent using a courier service which can take around 10-14 working days.

Orders outside of the UK Mainland & NI do not qualify for free delivery.

Please note: Extra delivery charges may apply for certain Highland and Islands addresses. Additionally, we are unable to ship orders to BFPO or PO Box addresses. We appreciate your understanding.

On the day of delivery you will be sent an email or text containing your tracking details. This allows both you and us to track your parcel's every move from our door to yours!

Returns

We're happy to offer you a refund for any unused items returned within 30 days of purchase. Just make sure the items are unused, in their original condition, and with all the original packaging. And remember, you're always welcome to return an item at any of our stores.

All returns must be authorised before returning them.

Any items returned without authorisation will not be accepted.

Return Item

When returning an item(s) we recommend that you use a tracked service. Please keep in mind that, unless we delivered an incorrect item or the item is faulty, the cost of returning goods to us will be your responsibility

Once you have successfully returned an item, the refund will be processed within 7 working days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method.
