If your UK Mainland order is over £75.00 it will be delivered for FREE by Royal Mail, DHL or DPD. UK Mainland orders below £75.00 will be charged £5.99 delivery.

See below for areas excluded from free delivery over £75.00:

-Scottish Highlands
-Northern Ireland
-Channel Islands
-Isle of Wight
-Isle of Man

Depending on the product and location as some items come from our suppliers, orders can take up to 7 working days for delivery. International orders would be sent using a courier service which can take up to 14 working days.

Please note: Extra delivery charges may apply for certain Scottish Highland, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland addresses. We are unable to ship orders to BFPO or PO Box addresses. We appreciate your understanding.

On the day of delivery you will be sent an email or text containing your tracking details. This allows both you and us to track your parcel's every move from our door to yours!

Returns

We're happy to offer you a refund for any unused items returned within 30 days of purchase. Just make sure the items are unused, in their original condition, and with all the original packaging. And remember, you're always welcome to return an item at any of our stores.

All returns must be authorised before returning them.

Any items returned without authorisation will not be accepted.

Return Item

When returning an item(s) we recommend that you use a tracked service. Please keep in mind that, unless we delivered an incorrect item or the item is faulty, the cost of returning goods to us will be your responsibility

Once you have successfully returned an item, the refund will be processed within 14 working days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method.
